From the launch of a new product, as in the case of Ferrero <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrero.it\/\">Ferrero S.p.A.<\/a> (no relation, by the way!), to proposing a new use for everyday ingredients, as I did for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acquasparea.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sparea<\/a>. All my corporate event projects have taste and tasting as the central experience, without ever forgetting sustainability and health \u2013 my fundamental principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ferrero\">Ferrero<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-ferrero.jpg\" alt=\"Per Expo 2015 ho realizzato un evento aziendale per Ferrero S.p.A.\" class=\"wp-image-1740\" width=\"280\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-ferrero.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-ferrero-350x350.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"for-expo-2015-i-collaborated-with-ferrero-to-create-a-show-in-which-we-shared-the-final-stages-of-designing-a-new-product-with-the-audience\">For Expo 2015, I collaborated with Ferrero to create a show in which we shared the final stages of designing a new product with the audience.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Which flavours accompany us throughout our lives? Those we discover in childhood, like the after-school snack. In the Italy of my childhood: crisp bread, creamy butter, and jam made from real fruit.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferrero gave me the opportunity to prepare a snack that respected those flavours. During an Expo 2015 event, in collaboration with the company\u2019s pastry chefs, those three simple ingredients were transformed into an old-fashioned mid-afternoon snack that both honoured and updated them. The audience chose the final version, which then went into production for the Italian market. The secret of its success? The three <strong>pillars<\/strong> that support my culinary philosophy: <strong>sustainability<\/strong>, <strong>health<\/strong>, and <strong>taste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sparea\">Sparea<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"every-italian-household-considers-mineral-water-a-kitchen-essential-which-means-it-risks-going-unnoticed-with-sparea-we-managed-to-make-mineral-water-less-invisible-turning-it-into-the-protagonist-in-the-kitchen\">Every Italian household considers mineral water a kitchen essential, which means it risks going unnoticed. With Sparea, we managed to make mineral water less invisible, turning it into the protagonist in the kitchen.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-sparea.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1744\" width=\"301\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-sparea.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-sparea-350x350.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we don\u2019t notice is what we always have right under our nose.<\/strong> Starting from this reflection, Sparea involved me in the planning of a corporate event to bring their water out of that supporting role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea of turning it into a star in the kitchen showed everyone how many roles mineral water can play in cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The quest for flavour takes in all those ingredients that might seem less important. But a good mineral water contributes to the final result more than you might expect.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flavour is also, and above all, made of details \u2013 and everyone\u2019s contribution counts. In my corporate events, even those who usually work in the shadows can step into a leading role, exactly like the most \u2018invisible\u2019 ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fiat\">Fiat<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-fiat.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1746\" width=\"280\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-fiat.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-fiat-350x350.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-inauguration-of-the-new-jeep-showroom-of-the-fiat-astra-dealership-in-arona-on-lake-maggiore-a-guided-tasting-in-search-of-flavour-and\">The inauguration of the new Jeep Showroom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astra-arona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fiat Astra<\/a> dealership in Arona, on  Lake Maggiore, a guided tasting in search of flavour and&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After making a careful selection of local products, I organized a <strong>guided tasting<\/strong> at the Fiat Astra dealership in Arona, for the inauguration of the new Jeep Showroom.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Flavour ignites our memories: it does so by recollecting sensations and emotions related to taste, in an adventure that involves each of our five senses.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That evening, we were accompanied by a range of textures and flavours: every taste brought the memory of an event or a person to our minds. <strong>Through the pleasure of taste, in the healthy and sustainable way that I like, we brought the company values back to the surface<\/strong>. Flavour becomes an ambassador for the company\u2019s values, completing a circle that moves backwards in time, to revisit our past, and forwards to the challenges we will take on tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background has-black-background-color has-black-color is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"banca-d-alba\">Banca d\u2019Alba<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-banca-di-alba.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1748\" width=\"274\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-banca-di-alba.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.federicofrancescoferrero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fff-logo-banca-di-alba-350x350.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"flavour-makes-teamwork-tastier-for-banca-d-alba-i-prepared-a-game-the-company-employees-were-divided-into-teams-and-had-to-cook-together\">Flavour makes teamwork tastier. For <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancadalba.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Banca d\u2019Alba<\/a> I prepared a game: the company employees were divided into teams and had to cook together.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the past, there was a peasant custom that involved the whole family: the traditional art of home preserving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>This was real teamwork, where everyone had a small task that contributed to the final result.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting from this memory, with Banca d&#8217;Alba, I organized a game: divided into teams, the participants tried their hands at preparing first a preserve and gradually other dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Like a mirror, cooking reflects the teamwork that a company requires on a daily basis.<\/strong> And it shows how much the flavour we produce can change, when you share it with conviction and passion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooking schools, guided tastings, workshops: a corporate event focused on cooking and taste can be an important team building and sharing opportunity.
